The day we opened our doors
Far from Bodrum’s crowds, in a cove kept company by cicadas and waves, we opened our doors. Our guests soon became friends; many came back every summer to the same room and the same table.
A family table set facing the sea
Melisa began as one family’s dream in a quiet cove of Mazı: a small house right on the sea, a table open to everyone, and friends who return every summer.

After the hard days
The forest fire that swept through Mazı left its scars on us too. Thanks to the guests who stood by us and came to comfort us, we healed and set the table once again.

Today
As the Melisa Pansiyon family, we carry on welcoming our guests. The same recipes in the kitchen, the same steps down from the pier, the same sunset on the terrace.

We lost our father — the man who laid the foundations of this house, opened his table to everyone and welcomed every guest as one of the family.
He gave us a beautiful life and memories that will never fade. We keep setting his table the way he loved it, and welcoming our guests with his warmth.
